London Drugs Distribution Centre

6,000 sq.ft. addition as part of London Drugs 450,000 sq.ft. Distribution Centre in South Richmond. Incorporating a call centre and a state-of-the-art data centre, this building is the communication hub for London Drugs’ Western distribution network. The robust structure was seismically designed to a Post-Disaster Level ensuring continued usage in the event of a seismic episode.

Work included realignment of road access to the DSC & reconfiguration of parking and loading deck access and reconfiguration and expansion of existing lunchroom, locker rooms and washroom facilities.
