West Springs Shopping Centre

Completed in 2015, this 5,000 sq.ft. restaurant and retail building is now the showpiece of the shopping centre. Our mandate was to design and oversee the construction of a new retail pad building in the vacant land at the front door of the site. Using the previously established design vocabulary, we pushed the boundaries of the design forward to create a clean, contemporary look that is in tune with the site, but raises the design bar well beyond the original mall aesthetic. This project came in ahead of schedule and under budget.
