Waterbridge Town Centre

collabor8 is currently working on the master plan and building design for the comprehensively designed 80 acre site that will become the new commercial core for the City of Chestermere. In addition to over 600,000 sq.ft. of ground floor retail, the development will contain 150,000 sq.ft. of office development, 500 residential units integrated into the Town Centre, a recreational centre and a new high school. The project will effectively illustrate collabor8’s strong focus on the pedestrian realm and the way it can be used to enhance and humanize the commercial core.
