Southwood Corner

This renovation and major facelift to Southwood Corner took place between 2014 and 2015. The existing stucco facade was removed, rebuilt and given a fresh, more contemporary look. This was to address not only ongoing deterioration, but also to create a much more pedestrian friendly atmosphere. Sidewalks were replaced and overhead canopies were provided to shelter customers from the elements. The single most distinguishing feature is the large illuminated photo mural that faces the busy perimeter road. It is designed to act as a regional landmark and firmly establish the Southwood Corner brand identity.
