Grandview Corners

Grandview Corners is a 75 acre commercial centre located in South Surrey adjacent to Hwy 99 at the intersection of 24th Ave. and 160th St. The predominantly retail development consists of four distinct sectors organized around a central intersection.

The development will consist of approximately 930,000 sq.ft. of retail space. The North-East component comprising 165,000 sq.ft. on a 14 acre site is the Village Centre of the entire development based on a “life-style open air” retail concept. The retail shops are organized along Main St. with approx. 14 stand-alone buildings demised into various configurations. Main St. creates an atmosphere of an upscale shopping street, complete with street front parking, generous sidewalks, and extensive landscaping.
