Aldeasa/ World Duty Free Shop

Aldeasa/World Duty Free Group is a world-wide Duty Free retailer based in Madrid, Spain. We worked together with them to develop over 40,000 sq.ft. of retail space in the new International Departures Terminal at the Vancouver International Airport. We began the process by visiting their operations in Spain in order to understand their culture and then over the next 3 years we developed a series of design concepts to assist them with retailing the multiple International brands they represented. The resulting series of clean, bright and elegant European-styled stores offer a wide range of quality products to travelers, ranging from traditional Duty Free items to Designer fashion labels. Each shop has its own distinct character developed for an international clientele.
