collabor8 Architecture + Design was formed out of the blending of Maxam Design International and Chandler Associates Architecture Inc. Sharing an overlapping approach to design, as well as experience in similar projects, we came together to better serve clients.

We love what we do, and believe in creating positive relationships with our clients. We strive to improve the wellbeing of our communities through design and create value through leadership, relationship-building, and endless curiosity.

As collabor8 Architecture + Design, we offer retail, office, mixed-use, tenant improvement, and multi-residential design services, as well as master planning and environmental retail branding. We are design and experience enthusiasts focused on delivering inspiring projects.
